The Bear Brand Milk School-to-School Promo

December 12th, 2008

I heard our neighbor’s amazement when her grade 1 son asked her to open a can of Bear Brand milk to drink, surprising because the child already refused to drink milk months ago.

Aha, the reason behind pala is because Bear Brand the Mascot went to their school that morning and entertained them, gave those free tumblers with colored pencils and taught them the catching jingle “Ako’y laki sa gatas, Malusog at masigla!”

The Bear Brand Milk school-to-school promo tour is indeed a very effective way and constructive form of advertisement. It doesn’t only boost the sales of their products but also inspire children to drink milk.

Usually, children aged 7-12 years old will stop drinking milk because of two main reasons. 1. Milk taste fatigue. 2. Lack of budget.

But, because of the promo tour, children are inspired to drink milk again! And, anyway, bear brand is one of the most affordable commercial milk in the market. Well, I just wonder why there was no free milk tasting activity during their visit, but instead just an empty tumbler, hmmm! :-)
