Well, I just wanna share some super tipid tips from Smart. Recently, in contrast with the soaring prices of gasolines and diesel, it is really surprising and “sweet” for cellphone networks to lower down their prices.
Anyway, this ones goes for prepaid subscribers only, they have lowered down their call rates to as low as P2/minute only and you can choose from this two options.
1. All Calls 20- to get a 10 minutes calls just type 20 then send to 909. To make a call just dial *909+11 digits eg. *90909191234567. That one is valid for 1 day.
2. All Calls 100 - to get a 60 minutes call just type 100 then send to 909. Same instructions to make a call and that is valid for 5 days.
Dihba? It’s sulit talaga.. . 
Plus, I am also availing of their 130 load which has 115 free SMS toany Smart and Talk and Text number.
