Call Center Business… A strong pillar of job

On a survey of top survey of top economists shows that the vast majority of them believe the economy that has fallen into a recession is likely to continue throughout all of 2009. There has been sharp decline in all major businesses like clothing, export and luxury items, technology and even on food.

But interestingly, the call center business is withstanding the blow of the economic crisis. Call center business is continuously being a strong pillar of job for quite a huge number of people especially in Asia. Thus, if there is one thing where technology should focus more on, then probably it should be Call Center Software because the demand for call center is actively increasing instead of declining amidst the global recession.

  1. I agree, call center software is essential to e-commerce and business 2.0 advances. You have to have a sturdy base of your business (like call centers) to survive the dynamic economy of todays business world.
